City Manager

We are a company of entrepreneurs from around the world committed to make playing sports as easy as ordering groceries or booking a flight. No matter what city you are in or sport you want to play, you can open the Just Play app to find a one-off pickup game, 10 week leagues or one day tournaments near you.

The present: In less than 2 years we have built communities in 40 cities. hosted games for over 32,000 people, and we are just getting started.

The future: Within 5 years we will be the way the world plays sports. Within 1,000 cities made up of pickup games, leagues and tournaments in all sports - run by entrepreneurs.

What You'll Do

  • The foundation of each city is: players, hosts and fields. You will find, book and manage the relationships with the fields and courts of your city. Find and manage the hosts who will help organize the games. Make sure all games are full with paid players. 

  • You will manage all operations of the games in your city such as buying and sending equipment to hosts, planning finances, customer service, sales and social media. 

  • You will plan the growth strategy of the business for this market and grow the revenue and profit.

  • We are a startup. We do not care about your work experience, we care about who you are as a person. Can you take initiative and opportunities? Do you have the grind to build something out of nothing?

  • You will be your own boss. There is a lot of freedom in how you work. The only expectations are that you grow the revenue and profit.
